Make international legal matters as clear and straightforward as shopping for a service.
We break down common cross-border legal matters into standardized service products with clear pricing, deliverables, and timelines so companies can calculate budgets and define boundaries at the project initiation stage.
FaHai NetworkFounded in 2019, we initially provided cross-border contract review and trademark registration services for foreign trade enterprises. As our clients established entities across Southeast Asia, the EU, North America, and the Middle East, we discovered that their real challenge wasn't a lack of access to lawyers, but rather uncertainty about what a specific international legal matter entails, how long it takes, and how much it costs.
We've turned our services into products: each listing clearly defines the scope (inclusions and exclusions), deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing unit, and whether it's a starting price. Businesses can place orders by selecting only what they need or submit their requirements first for a tailored proposal from our consultants.
For matters requiring local practice, our partner law firms and licensed advisors in the target country will handle execution. Our platform advisory team manages Chinese-language communication, progress updates, and delivery acceptance. All delivered documents will clearly indicate the issuing entity.
Clear boundaries
Clearly list inclusions and exclusions for each service in writing. Do not proceed with additional work prior to confirmation.
Compliance First
We do not make guarantees about case outcomes. Qualifications and practice information are disclosed objectively and can be verified.
Run Locally
Matters requiring local practice are handled by our partner firms and licensed advisors in the target country, with the issuing entity clearly stated.

Key Points of Service Agreement
The key terms of the platform services are outlined below. The full terms are governed by the legal service agreement signed by both parties.

Submitting an order only confirms that your service request has been received by the platform. Services will commence once both parties sign a legal services agreement, and payment will be made in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

The scope of services is limited to the items listed in the agreement and on the service details page. Additional items not included can be ordered separately or covered via a supplementary agreement.
4
The platform does not guarantee outcomes from administrative bodies, judicial authorities, or third-party platforms. Deliverables are determined by the agreed-upon list.
5
If the service is delayed or cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete materials provided by the enterprise, relevant responsibilities and costs shall be handled in accordance with the agreement.
